There’s just something magnetic about Julia Roberts.
She’s the queen of the 90s romcom — the kind of movies I grew up on and still turn to when I want comfort, drama, and excellent bangs. Pretty Woman, My Best Friend’s Wedding, Runaway Bride… I mean. These films are cultural landmarks.
What draws me to her isn’t just the movies, though. It’s the mystery. For someone so famous, she’s managed to keep a lot of herself private — which makes her feel more like a character than a celebrity. And I love that.
