I made this Chicago Birds Limited Edition Trinket Dish as part of my “Some Chicago Birds I Like” series—because I can’t help but celebrate the quirky feathered friends that hang around the city. You can pick your favorite: Black Crowned Night Heron, Barn Swallow, or Ring‑Billed Gull (though the heron sold out fast!).
Each dish is hand-built, one‑of‑a‑kind, and sgraffito‑etched and colored by me. They’re about 5" × 4" × 1", food‑ and microwave‑safe, and stamped on the back with the series title and circled bird. They're proudly wonky—but that’s the charm (please hand‑wash with love).
