This is from a charming poem by Hilaire Belloc, a 20th century English poet, that just knocked my socks off. I took the verse and added it here, to adorn this piece with a drawing of a cute (but perhaps slimy skinned) frog. This small dish is perfect for anything special you need close by - jewelry, a deck of cards, coins, hard boiled eggs!
