The most repped salad in my kitchen, the Americanized version of a Greek salad features all the classics: feta, greek, tomato wedges, cucumbers, and olives. I've included the American parenthetical distinction because in Greece there wouldn't be lettuce. I know this first hand, because I've been to Greece, ok?
